Guests have the complimentary use of a Beach Hut a 5-10 minute drive from the cottage.

The house is family friendly with suitable toys, playstation, games and DVD's provided to save you having to pack it all in the car. We can also provide a travel cot, stair gates, baby monitoring facilities and high chair. Suitable for friends or adult only parties who wish to come for the weekend or a week, with the children's toys and facilities stored away.

Kitchen:
Washing machine, food processor, microwave, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils, children's plates & cutlery, child locks, security plug covers.

Lounge:
Victorian replica working fireplace, Sky TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player, Playstation 2 with games, music system, DVD, CD and book library. Seating for 5 with 2 x 2 seater sofas and armchair.

2nd Reception Room / 4th Bedroom
Fridge/freezer. Ornate original Victorian fireplace. 3 seater sofa bed with memory foam topper. Clothes rail, ottoman. Converts into private 4th bedroom if required.

Downstairs Cloakroom:
2nd WC. Step up into cloakroom.

Conservatory / Dining Room:
Overlooking the private garden. Large oak dining room table. 6 carver dining chairs. 2 stools. Two steps down into conservatory.

Master bedroom:
Double bed, small safe. Room for travel cot if requested. Ornate fireplace. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer. Wardrobe, two bedside tables, chest of drawers.

2nd Bedroom:
Two single beds. Ornate fireplace. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables.

3rd bedroom:
Single bed. Small chest of drawers. Central heating boiler.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom on first floor with electric shower over bath and downstairs cloakroom. Aids available for guests with limited mobility on request.

Families:
Available on request at no extra charge. Travel cot, high chair, stair gates, baby monitoring device. Fire guard in living room for real fireplace.

Exterior:
Small private west facing garden not overlooked at rear. Garden table, chairs (8), padded seat cushions (4), parasol. Shed containing bikes.

Parking:
Available on road in cul de sac.  No permit parking or double yellow lines.

Bicycles:
Complimentary use of two adult and two children bicycles to explore the area on!

Guests with limited mobility

If there is anyone in your booking which might have limited mobility, we can provide a wheelchair to save you bringing one in the car, and a bath board to aid guests in the bathroom, at no extra charge. If you would like to hire a mobility scooter we can put you in touch with local companies that provide these at low rates.
