The ground floor apartment at Linden House was formerly part of a large Victorian house, but has been refurbished to provide modern living with period features, and is fully self contained with its own private entrance.

The accommodation is finished to a high standard comprising a light and airy bedroom overlooking the garden benefiting from a dual aspect, living room with two sofas, dining room table and chairs, Wi-Fi, Flat screen TV, Freeview, DVD player and music system, kitchen and shower room.

A pretty south facing courtyard garden just for your use is the secret of this lovely accommodation, where you can take pleasure from the seclusion and privacy and enjoy your complimentary wine and chocolates we provide as part of our warm welcome. A sun lounger, table and chairs are provided for your use in the garden.

Under counter fridge with small freezer compartment, electric oven, 4 electric hob, juicer, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, crockery, wine glasses and full cooking utensils. Small kitchen fully equipped.

Living/Dining Room:
One x two seater sofa, one x two seater Marks and Spencer's luxury double sofa bed, dining room table, two dining room chairs, Flat screen TV, Freeview, board games, DVD player, music system, cds, dvd's, books, Playstation 2 with games. Small safe.

Double Bedroom:
Light and airy featuring dual aspect overlooking private garden. Choice of either king double bed or two single beds. Two bedside lockers, chest of drawers, wardrobe, ironing board, iron, hairdryer. Luxury king feather duvet in the winter and feather pillows. Non feather available on request.

Bathroom:
Newly refurbished shower room with electric shower, shower cubicle, small sink, shaver point for electrical shaver, WC.

Exterior:
Private entrance to apartment, secluded private courtyard patio patio, outdoor garden table, 2 chairs, parasol and one sun lounger. Pretty flower borders, hanging baskets and containers.

Cycle storage shed with 2 bicycles. Compost and recycling bins. Bicycles provided with the owners compliments at guests' own risk. Please bring your own safety helmets.

Beach Hut:
Use of beach hut provided with owner's compliments.

Parking:
Parking available on residential road. No permit parking or restrictions apply.

Guests with limited mobility
Linden House is a ground floor apartment with one step over the door threshold. Inside the apartment there are no other steps with accommodation being on one level. If there is anyone in your booking which may have limited mobility, we can provide a wheelchair to save you bringing one in the car. If you would like to hire a mobility scooter we can put you in touch with local companies that provide these at low rates.
