Rental Rates
We believe in offering our guests top quality accommodation, We do not charge for extras for example WiFi internet access, travel cots, highchairs, bathroom towels, are all included.
All rates advertised are dependent on the time of year and number of guests. Please contact us for a rental quote advising number of nights, adults and children.
We our proud to offer rates which are fully inclusive with no hidden extras. Harrington Homes Rental Rates include:-
- Wireless Internet Access
- Bedding, linen, bathroom towels. Fresh linen and towels once a week
- Travel cots and high chairs (please bring your own bedding for the cot)
- Electricity and Gas. Some homes have a weekly fuel allowance
- Wheelchair hire at our ground floor apartment Linden House
- Off road parking, where available
- Sat Nav hire at Powder Keg Cottage
- Bike hire at Linden House (guests to bring their own helmets)
- Beach Hut hire at Linden House
- Sky/Cable TV The Gallery, The Retreat at 33a , and The Vicarage
- Complimentary Maid Service for rentals of more than 7 nights
- Complimentary Welcome Hampers. Contact us for costs if you wish to upgrade to a Luxury Champagne Hamper or receive details of other choices available

How to Book
A property may be reserved upon payment of a damages/reservations deposit by card and booking online. The amount of deposit payable is subject to the number of guests in your booking and the length of stay.
Self Catering Properties
Your deposit is refunded in full within seven working days of checkout, on the condition that no damage or extra cleaning costs need to be charged. The full rental payment is due six weeks prior to your arrival.
Serviced Properties
The deposit is treated as part payment of the rental and the balance of rental is due eight weeks prior to arrival.
Serviced properties have owners and/or staff on site throughout your stay, hence a damages deposit is not required to be paid before your arrival. Your card details may be requested on check in by the owners of Serviced Properties listed in our portfolio.

How to Pay
- 0% charge for UK debit cards
- 2% charge for non-UK debit cards, business debit cards and credit cards
- If you would like to spread the cost of your booking, we offer 0% interest free monthly installment payment options if paying by debit card
- Sadly we are unable to accept payment by American Express or Electron

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations need to be notified in writing. If more than 8 weeks notice is provided and the property is re let for the whole of the period booked, any monies received will be refunded less a cancellation administration charge of £175 (homes which sleep up to 7) or £250 (group homes sleep 8 +) per week or part week booked. If less than 8 weeks notice is received no monies can be refunded and the full rental is still payable. Guests are recommended to take out independent holiday or cancellation insurance to protect themselves.

Additional Notes
- For the comfort of all our guests, we uphold a no smoking policy inside all properties
- Guests are free to smoke in the gardens or outside the property
- Our properties are open all year round including Christmas and New Year

Pets
No additional rental charge is applied for guests who wish to bring their pets with them whilst on holiday. Payment of a refundable £250 per animal pets deposit is payable six weeks prior to arrival. This is refunded with the main damages deposit subject to no damage caused. Pets can only be part of your booking if you have advised Harrington Homes and if the pets deposit has been paid. Hen Party Bookings
We welcome Hen Party Groups but since we're not rural, we do have neighbours to consider which we ask guests to think of whilst in the house and grounds. If owners need to deal with any noise complaint or lack of consideration by guests towards their neighbours, a £150 call out charge will apply and be deducted from guests' deposit. In extreme circumstances guests will be asked to leave the property and no refund of rental will apply.

Arrival and Departure Times
Listed below are the arrival and departure times available at our holiday homes. If no guests are due to checkout the morning of your arrival day our owners are happy to welcome you at an earlier time. This can be confirmed 48 hours prior to your arrival day.
On change over days it takes time for the owners to clean the property thoroughly between guests and to make it sparkly clean for your arrival! If an early check in or late departure time is required then along with the owners, we will do what we can to facilitate you, however, if this is vital for your plans we recommend guests book the extra night.
If you require a check in time after 6pm at any of our UK holiday homes, a late check in fee of £25-£50, dependent on the hour, will apply subject to an owner being available at this time to meet you or your guests. Please advise at time of booking whether you will NOT be able to arrive until after the check in time listed below for your property. A personal check in is provided at all our homes where you are met by the owner with keys for the property, and to answer any questions you may have when you arrive.
